At NanoLogos, we provide digital goods and services including AI-generated logos, designs, and creative content. Due to the immediate and digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Why Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable
Digital products differ fundamentally from physical goods in several important ways:
- Immediate Delivery: Digital goods are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you receive access to credits or download generated content, the product has been fully consumed.
- No Physical Return: Unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once generated and delivered, the content exists independently and cannot be un-delivered.
- Intellectual Property: The designs and content you create become your intellectual property immediately upon generation. This transfer of rights cannot be reversed.
- Resource Consumption: Each generation consumes computational resources and AI processing power, which cannot be recovered once used.
What This Means for You
Credits and Purchases
All credit purchases are final. Credits are immediately added to your account upon successful payment and cannot be refunded. However, unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time.
Generated Content
Once you generate a logo, design, or other creative content, that content is yours to keep and use. We cannot process refunds for generated content as it has already been delivered and transferred to you.
Subscription Plans
If you have a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to your account and any unused credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exceptions
While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests in the following situations:
